There's a lady in the car and I saw her hit the car in front of her on May 1, 2018 at around 6 PM at Orangewood Ave and Euclid St. I didn't stay long enough to see but I think she just drove away from it.

In Dublin, CA ~ He was this 50-ish guy, brn-white thinning beard/moustache, holding his phone in right hand & while driving, he was taking pix!! 😯 Very irresponsible.
