No Front license plate = toll cheat. Gray Chevrolet two door sports car. tailgated me on the bridge, changing lanes aggressively end without using indicators.

This car has some kind of spray that shoots out from the front. I was waiting at a stop light, and he was behind me spraying something directly on my car. No idea what it was but imagine if it were caustic or oily...
