this civic si was on the 22 heading east passing fairview and harbor tailgating. this driver was extremely close to the bumpers with no exit strategy to avoid potential accidents. could not see who the driver was. driver was hiding behind tinted windows.

Driver of the van had been beside me for a few minutes going straight, then all of a sudden gradually swerved into the lane where I was cruising in my truck. I clearly saw and heard the impact of the van hitting my side - my driver's side mirror got scuffed and paint scratched off my wheel well.

Not even bumper-to-bumper traffic at the time.
•
I slowed down beeping at the same time until I went into a complete stop right in the middle of the freeway. The van kept driving ahead and sped off all the way to the left/fast lane and took the nearest exit. An exit or two before reaching the Ikea of Emeryville.

That driver would not have stopped, if it was a major accident caused by him/her. There was at least 1 passenger in that van and I even had a passenger with me as well.

I found this rude, barbaric woman’s car parked in front of me. I asked if she knows what she did and just plainly answered me, “its not touching it”..???
