There's a lady in the car and I saw her hit the car in front of her on May 1, 2018 at around 6 PM at Orangewood Ave and Euclid St. I didn't stay long enough to see but I think she just drove away from it.

Pay attention to yield signs. This is not a case of a "zipper" alternating thing.
