Made a right turn into my lane while I was in the middle of a left turn. I blew my horn then she brake checked me coming to a complete stop. When I went around her she was filming ME! So I filmed her. She tried to look away, but I still got a pic. I want everyone to be warned about her. Maybe she will scam someone for an insurance claim.

Uber driver. Stopped in no parking zone during rush hour traffic, and then as I was going around him decided to go almost causing an accident.
