Scammer claiming $2000 of damage and neck injury after bumper tap. Driver was not owner but on phone with owner during incident and both acknowledged lack of damage at time. Claims were made two weeks later. Driver is convicted felon.

So this driver again today... First time in a long time.... Thought for sure they had wrecked but no. Added a few more windows stickers. Still driving aggressively but not quite as fast when I saw them in North hills Cali.

This driver is the best driver I ever seen.He never makes stops because he also has green lights and at night he drives with shades on
