VERY Minor Accident/Close Call in SoCal
Driving on Kettner Boulevard, San Diego, CA, United States | Left Lane - On-Ramp Lane - On-Ramp Lane/Non-Existent Lane/Left Lane - Left Lane
Apparently, we hit each other, but neither of us realized it at the time. As I drive, a clueless black 4Runner turns right from West Palm Street onto Kettner Boulevard on the right lane, no turn signal or hand signal when advancing, changes lanes to the middle lane, no turn signal, and crosses solid white line, he pushes and forces me to swerve to the on-ramp lane screeching my tires hard, tapping my mirror on his left back door, he moves back into the middle lane, we drive off and I leave a few curse words to my self.
Personal Mistakes: I cross two solid white lines.

Maniac driver constantly flooring his car and squealing tires on every turn in our neighborhood. Loud fart-can Honda with duct taped headlights and vape smoke pouring from the windows. Completely erratic, constant nuisance.
