This Hyundai Sonata and the VW in front of it don't know how to follow directions. The traffic control people are telling you to go why are you hesitating?? and then you stop in the middle of the road, then go from left to right without signaling??

Dual turn lane fail. Was slow off the mark, then raced and chopped the corner to try to cut in front of me.
