This guy almost hit me, my 8.5 month pregnant wife, and my dog while we were crossing the street on foot. We had the light and he was making an unprotected left from Gallaudet to Stevenson in Fremont in a black Audi SUV. When I gave him the "really you just did that" look he rolled down the windows and started yelling profanities and racial slurs out of the window. He then stopped in the middle of the road and continued to run his mouth before he sped off.

Dual lane left turn fail. After the turn she moved over behind me, so she was trying to change lanes, not just cut the corner.

Failed to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk.
At the previous 2 stops signs he'd sat and was slow to move, with a pedestrian crossing he raced through.

The man that drives this car is a stalker. I would wait at the bus stop and he would continuously drive around the area, wave at me, drive again and try to talk to me. He's expecting me to get in his car. I've seen him in three cities already and at my job and it's been like this since 2015. I have tried going to the cops but they want me to find out his name. I don't know who the man is but all women and young girls need to be aware of him.
