Probably with multiple medical problems. Was driving slow on fwy too.

This guy was driving 25 on the 15 this past weekend talking on his cellphone and being a complete douche. He even had his infant daughter in the car with him. Explains why he drives a pos jeep car.

This guy is a nice driver. All of our team, all of our copiers, have seen this driver really behave well. No joke, he's been doing road signs really well. I don't think his parents should take his Prius away. I think hes really good, and my team really agree.
