Witnessed driver hit small island while getting of FWY in Norwalk. Elderly black female. Drove like a drunk.
Probably with multiple medical problems. Was driving slow on fwy too.

This guy was driving 25 on the 15 this past weekend talking on his cellphone and being a complete douche. He even had his infant daughter in the car with him. Explains why he drives a pos jeep car.
