This lady/girl almost hit me(as a pedestrian) twice as I was walking out of the grocery store to my car. This was intentional reckless driving. Other drivers and myself watched her going over 30-35MPH in parking lot while swerving around people and cars. Her 1998 Silver BMW, CA tag# 7CCV484 had multiple dents and broken head/tail lights. She is either on drugs or has no consideration for other's lives. She certainly put my life at risk! Avoid this car at all costs! It is only a matter of time before she hurts someone!!

This guy doesn't know how to merge. He clipped my passenger mirror while driving in the emergency lane, backed off for a second and then had a moment of road rage and hit it with his hand as he passed me and several cars while still driving in the emergency lane.

This woman illegally drove around the island at the H street exit off the 5 north (and so did the 2 drivers behind her) to use the ramps as a bypass lane. She drove right at me while I was legally bicycling across.
