Beware of this driver...cuts across the divider between the 5 N and the 15 N and then cuts me off swerving back and forth...then speeds off cutting off others

The driver was extremely abusive as I was waiting for a parking spot. He almost drove into me while I was taking a picture of his license plate and threatened to complain and hurled several abuses in Hindi.
