This man sped past me and at least 3 other cars on the right shoulder after the metered on ramp merged down to 1 lane. It was crazy dangerous. Then proceeded to speed and tailgate down 101.

Learn how to park so you don't have to write "f u" all over my truck and outing my tailgate down wasn't a nusense to me it was endangering the lives of others , lucky for you there's cameras in the parking lot the cops will be in contact
