Was just hanging out at the ATM. Finished a transaction, then just hung out talking for 10 min. When I pointed out the other ATM was not working properly, and he was blocking the only working one, he said "that's OK, your brain's not working properly". Old man cruisin for a brusin, but I'm not taking the bait.
When he did drive off, it was very eratic, with a lot of slowing and stopping and speeding up, and weaving.
