At the Northbound 5 onramp from H-street in Chula Vista, almost 7 am on 2/3/17 this guy turns right without signaling, nearly hitting me! It seemed like he was looking at me the whole time just to make sure that I knew he was disrespecting me. HA! You thought I didn't get your plate number!
