Driver was forcing his way through traffic in the middle of the rain. Randomly Speeding and Slowing causing traffic issues.

This driver like many others goes around the island at H st on ramp/ off ramp on the 5 northbound in Chula Vista, illegally and dangerously using the intersection as a bypass lane. But they don't save any time doing this!

Doesn't know how to properly merge. I had the right of the way (Her lane was merging into mine), but she still cut me off

This guy cuts across 3 lanes to exit J street in Chula Vista, 5 southbound, tonight at 9:45 pm or so. Just go to L st if you're that far over!
