This driver is unsafe, anxious and doesn't follow any rules and endangers people. He speeds around the left as you are turning right to get ahead of us. He's erratic when he changes lanes and continuslly attempts to go around drivers in spaces that are not lanes, at stop signs and just about anywhere causing other drives to swerve away. The registration is also expired by 2 months. It's 1/15/17 and his tags are 11/16.
