For those in Irvine, watch out for this reckless 2005 Red Mustang driver, his mustang is modded with a loud exhaust. He drives 70+ mph in residential areas where there are elderly people and children walking around.

This woman just darted out into traffic from the curb without signaling...and she was holding her phone with her left hand! Finish the call, signal, THEN drive into traffic. Or if you have to drive, use a headset!
