i just got off the 5 freeway north getting off the exit for mission downtown Oceanside and this license plate (7EBY182) was braking the car in front of it, because the car cut him off so he was purposely slowing him down cause the guy was behind him and all the cars after him IT WAS AWFUL!!and the messed up part he got at the same exit but luckily he went East of the Exit i was going west
