This black impala just swerved around traffic nearly hitting 2 other cars and myself, then he drove on the shoulder of the road to cut in front of a few cars, only to be stuck at the light behind another car. No signals, no looking, I'm shocked his car isn't banged up the way he drives.

This guy was sitting parked in the lane to my left at a green arrow at Laurel Canyon and Ventura... When I peered over curious if his missing the light was text related, a stalled car etc... Well boy did I look at the worst moment as he was EJACULATING all over himself.

Middle Eastern (very fidgety) aviator eyeglasses about 5'8" driving southbound on I-5 Wed Oct 19 weaving in and out of traffic, dangerous speeds (well in excess of 80) while weaving in and out of others including families with young children. This menace ended up near a business park area near Lake Forest Drive and Del Lago Drive in Laguna Hills.
