The driver of this vehicle cut me off, jumped out of his truck and smashed my window while screaming at me. I photographed his vehicle and filed a police report. I will press charges and litigate.

Most reckless driver I've ever seen! Mindless jackass who was originally behind me on a single one-way on-ramp to the highway suddenly decides he or she wants to be in front of me and decides to use part of a pretty much non-existant shoulder to go around me. This nearly causes me to spin out over the hillside and into a grassy ditch because of his/her's wonderful impulsive decision on sharing a single lane.
This MIGHT have gotten a pass if there was no one in front of me and I was driving super slow, but no...there were a whole line of cars in front of us all going the same speed. Pretty sure insurance agencies don't check this, but hey if you happen stumble upon this and you're this guy's insurance agent, I highly recommend you up their rates as they're bound to get into an accident (well more of cause it).
Also, if you happen to see this person around (drives a white 2015 Ford Fusion), give em a nice little honk for me.
