This guy stopped at the corner of J St and Madison on the wrong side of the street with no hazards on. Good thing nobody came around the corner too fast!

Lady ran a red light by a wide margin. Then slammed her brakes on in front of me. Clearly had an entitlement issue. I think she may have been offf her meds. At the light she began to make weird facial gestures and ticks and looked like she was on drugs. not drunk or high but on narcotics. The passenger (a gay male) also threw something at my car. Bey dangerous and in need of osychiatric attention. Avoid at all costs, very unstable.

Parked overnight on public street blocking my driveway by at least 2 feet. Cannot get both our cars into driveway.
