This white Toyota Prius hit me while I was riding my bike on Ohio Ave in Westwood, Los Angeles CA. The driver side swiped me in an attempt to overtake me in a tight blind curve on a narrow street. There were parked cars on both side and there wasn't enough room to pass safely. It was in a school zone. The driver did not stop to check for injuries. I yelled at him as he fled.
A few minutes later, the driver came back, not to check for injuries, but to assault me with his car and yell back obscenities.
Two pedestrians witnessed the assault and one of them called 911 to report the crime.
I also called 911 to report the hit and run.
The driver is described as an overweight white men in his 40s and has a bald head.
The crime took place on Wed Jul 27th 2016 around 8am.
