Hit my car with her side view mirror trying to weave around traffic. Caught up with her later and claimed she just needed to get home because of boyfriend issues. Told her to pull over to see damage caused but took off when I pulled over. Classic hit and run luckily it was a minor scratch on my car

This car has been taken by a so called friend and they havr failed to return it. As of June 1st 2016 it will be considered a stolen vehicle. If you see it please call the San Diego Police Department. Thanks

Terrible driver. Parked in a handicap and drove over 30 mph in a parking lot. This woman is not handicap and is between early to mid 20sz.

This Kia Optima driver has mutliple violations: 1) Expired tags as of this recording, 2) No turn signal, 3)Use of carpool lane as it would appear as the only driver in the car, and 4) Speeding. In all this, no police to record this. Seems this is the only way to catch someone in violation of the law.
