A driver associated with a mini van with the corresponding LPN was seen making an illegal U-Turn before smashing into my parked car this morning on the 500 block of Pierce Street in Albany, Calif. The person caused damage to both cars, presumably more to mine, and decided to just carry on with his merry day, according to a Good Samaritan's letter.

Seriously, you run a stop sign and drive 22 mph in the UTC parking lot! Slow down! Do you realize in that distance you only saved 30 seconds? Is it worth it to put your coworkers at risk, possibly lead to termination or jail time?
