Ive been seeing this Van license plate number 7HIW608 by my apartment and i noticed that the sticker is 2015 i had thought that you cannot park a vehicle on the street if the registration is expired. And i dont think its insured as well.

He just ran me off the road doing at least 80 mph down the 2-lane residential stretch of Whitney ave., even crossing into on-coming traffic! Watch out!

This man was behind me honking for me to go on a red light. Then he flew around me and cut me off and stopped in the middle of street. I had to back up and go around him. All the while he was making faces and laughing. He is seriously going to hurt someone.

Heard from a friend that this vehicle was used in a package theft in San Jose, CA 95135. Be on a lookout.
