This person hit our parked car on Sunday, 4/10/16 around 5:30pm. We did not witness it, but a person who did left a note and the plate info for the person who did hit our car, then drove away. Any other info would be greatly appreciated so we can add to the police report filed for the insurance company.

This aggressive, angry driver nearly hit us as we crossed the street. He then proceeded to chase us with his Land Rover, and yell profanity at us because we gave him the finger when he nearly hit us. He then drove away and nearly his another pedestrian and his child in a stroller as he made an illegal u-turn to continue his rant at us. Hopefully this post will help someone establish this drivers history of violet and dangerous driving.
