My lane was merging into this person, they did not stop, just honked. Had to slam on breaks to avoid collision.

Neighbor witnessed two individuals, a man & a woman, stealing packages off a porch. Dark grey subaru legacy sedan. Reported to San Jose police.

A blue Chevy Impala with the following license plate was following me tonight. I live in Upland, California, in a very quiet neighborhood. Which makes this even more strange.. I was traveling up Euclid Ave. I usually make a left turn on 23rd st. in order to go over to Mountain ave., the street in which I live off of. But since I had noticed the car following me, I decided to proceed to the top of Euclid Ave where there is a gas station. I quickly pulled into the gas station and turned around so that I was facing Euclid Ave. The car got to the top of euclid ave, quickly turned around, and then started going back down Euclid ave in the direction it had just came from. Finding this strange, I decided to follow the car. The Impala turned onto 23rd st. (the street that I would have normally turned on had none of this happened). The car continued on 23rd street until reaching mountain ave., (the street in which I live off of). It then turned left onto Mountain Ave. and started heading back down towards the freeway, the same direction it had just came up euclid from.
Lost? Maybe. But as of late, I have been noticing cars do some really strange things lately, this just happens to be the first one that I am reporting.
If anyone has had a similar experience happen to them and/or any information regarding this vehicle, please let me know.
