The driver of this car, California plate 6VYE721, someone named Marty, age 51, twice threatened to kill me on January 1. He was with a woman he was supposedly caregiving for through Marin County IHSS. I had never seen them before and told them not to return to that business. The police, of course, do nothing but blame the victim. It was a white Camaro or similar sports car from possibly the 90s.
When I tried to signal and merge on 680 S towards Concord, he merged abruptly in front of me (without signaling) in the middle of my merge. After flipping me the bird, he later slowed down and caught up to cut me off again, this time slamming his brakes in front of me. He did this at least five times all the way up until the Concord Ave exit.
This was super dangerous because I did not have enough brake room or maneuvering room to avoid him. Each time he would brake test me, I was very close to coming into a collision with him. Even worse, he did not care about the other cars around him and cut them off as well. I hope he does not hurt anyone else or himself around the freeway again.

This women nearly ran me over in the crosswalk at a 4 way stop. Not only did she run the stop sign but I was less than 2feet from her window when she decided to keep going to make a left into an available parking spot. I am a 20 weeks pregnant any more and she would have hit my belly.
I saw this guy in a parking garage smoking weed by his 2014 Honda civic sedan lx. I took a photo of the car for the authorities, and when he left the garage he stopped, put the window down and asked if I was taking photos, I played it cool saying I wasnt and then admired the vehicle to difuse the situation and he took off kinda fast. I reported it to the police just cause I didn't want him injuring anyone while he was high. Be on watch for this car and be sure to report it to authorities if you see it. He a medium height and build with dark hair and thin beard. Beware!!!!!
I'm not big into public shaming, but I think I will make an exception this time.
As I was pulling into the parking lot of Chase in Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA), I saw the driver of this car throw a plastic bottle out the window. That's the bottle on the ground to the left of the car.
I went over, picked up the bottle, handed it back to the driver and said, "You dropped this." I pointed to the trash can at the entrance of Chase and said, "the trash can is not far away."
The teenage boy took the bottle and said, "thank you."
As they drove away - there were about 10 people in the car - the driver threw the bottle out the window again.
I don't understand people. The storm drains go straight to the ocean unfiltered. If they go to the beach, they're swimming in the filth that they littered. If they eat fish, they're eating the filth that they littered. It doesn't take much effort to throw trash in the trash can; or better yet, recycling in the recycling bin.
I left a report with San Diego Police Department non-emergency. There's not much the police can do now. But, if something becomes of my report and they need me to testify, I'll be there in a heart beat.
