The woman apparently had a medical problem, which totally makes sense. That was the beloved local TV guy Alan Wang who filmed it.

If you have information about a dangerous driver, fine, but if you just want to spew racist garbage, lock yourself in the bathroom and scream in the mirror. Decency has suffered enough in our country, and this needs to stop.
