I estimate their speed was in excess of 90. I'm always suspicious of mainstream sedans with illegally dark tinted windows, particularly vehicles commonly purchased used by subprime clientele. These are commonly Impalas, Altimas, just about any Chrysler/ Dodge sedan that could be rented. They're commonly seen speeding midday on the I-5 N and S. I think many of them may be drug runners.

This is yet another example of why this world is messed up. Someone clearly breaks the law, and yet someone thumbs it up.
