On 5/9/18 at 10:30 AM this slick punk with his arm dangling out the window was impatiently tailgating people on the Foothills Parkway in east Boulder. I just got around to sorting the photos and almost forgot about this dreg.

This person was swerving all over the road cutting people off and was driving in an on comming lane and nearly caused 5 accidents this person needs to be taking off the road

Sounds like the driver with the dash cam sent this video to the police and they are following up. Hope you get caught!
