Cut off several cars merging onto 6th avenue and then proceeded to perform a rolling road block all the way to Kipling. Would speed up when anyone would try to pass reaching speeds of 90 MPH and forcing two cars onto the shoulder.
Had a young child in the car and got out of the car at one point and was far from handicapped (physically at least).

Agrgressive driver! Cut me off, almost hitting my car because he didn't want to wait his turn in traffic. When I honked at him, he processed to yell at me!

The blond lady threw a plastic baggy of old cigarettes out of her car window onto the street, morning of Dec 13 2016 at Hoyt St and 100th in Westminster CO apparently expecting her mom to clean up after her. I stopped and picked it up.
