Swerving in road and there was a guy on a bike in a turn lane and the veichle hit the median next to the biker then continued to drive away while the guy on the bike sat there

This guy is insane! He threatens a motorcyclist (such as myself) saying he's going to "put you to sleep" then calls the cops because the biker is "instigating a fight", and then, on video, accuses the biker of assault? Be on the lookout for this crazy
