thisThis car came to my house today. 2 decently dressed guys got out. They knocked on my door and got no answer. They then went around looking in the windows. When confronted by my neighbor they didnt identify themselves but got in the car and left. It is a white caddy.

This guy always goes the speed limit. It makes things more dangerous when the rest of us are speeding and waiting till after a lane change to use our turn signals.

Seen creeping around neighborhood at night. May possibly be a lost driver, neighborhood watch, or a burglar casing houses.
