Chose to park in handicapped parking spot for greater than twenty minutes with no visible handicap placard. The car I'm reffering to has the trunk open. Luckily I was not able to find the sign for the towing company for this lot.

This lovely individual not only blocked the disabled parking, but also parked sooooooooooo far back that the side walk was not accessible for a wheelchair to pass. I had to carry my wheelchair bound mother through the mud to get to our apt. These people are scum of the earth.

Involved in hit/run. his buddy hit someone while riding a motorcycle and this driver showed up immediately and picked up the wrecked motorcycle and the driver then left the scene without calling 911
