very aggressive: though I was ahead of him in a merging on-ramp, he pulled ahead of me requiring me to brake so we didn't collide entering the reduced space. Once down the highway I thought we were done but as I came down my exit I saw him there at the light. The light changed to green as I got near & I passed him making the turn. He pulled right up next to me to "buddy-drive". Terrified, I put on my brakes (we were alone on the road) & let him get far ahead of me.

This was a African American woman with Blonde hair. While on the expressway in Memphis, she cuts me off and I almost rear ended her. She drives a silver Nissan Sentra SV. You can trust she will do it again and this report will serve as proof people are watching and reporting her.

Male driving this metallic mustard yellow VW convertible bug, failed to yield while entering a two lane roadway while exiting a shopping complex causing multiple cars to slam on their brakes and horns. Cut across the lane we were traveling in to get to the left lane only to, moments later reentered our lane unexpectedly causing use to, once again slam on our breaks to avoid colliding with them. As we both entered the highway ramp, he proceeded to aggressively merge and change lanes with no signal and no consideration to other drivers.
