Aggressive Driver. Was at a 4 way stop and he did not want to give me my turn. In retaliation, passed me on the left and cut me off.

This guy almost ran me over as I was walking in a gas station parking lot today. Came within an inch of me. He even made eye contact with me. There were many witnesses and it was caught on camera.
