I asked very politely for this woman to move her car as my small business pays for the 24 hour loading zone. After not doing so and giving me a dirty look I asked her to check her email somewhere else.
She said oh i'm not checking my email.
I said well your checking something.
She criticized me for saying she was checking her email.
I then asked her to simply follow the law as the sign is clearly marked.
Not a law abiding person and very unpleasant and clearly entitled. She then got out of her car and took pictures of my business and had a smoke after I took pictures of her license plate.

Nutjob. Stopped just short of purposefully ramming young children and other pedestrians just because they wanted to leave a 4th of July fireworks celebration almost the entire town was at early. Proceeded to then drive up on the curb quickly to leave.

Male driver & passenger entered prkg lot where I was already prkd-they prkd right nxt to us, did not get any food from restaurant-just sat staring & using their phones to txt msg's & take pics .Not sure who or where they sent these. When I was going to take a pic of their car & plate...they left before I could.
