Swiftly cut me off on I-95 to make his exit, totalled my car, he spun around backwards off the exit ramp. People were injured. And he had an Uber passenger! Who would drive like that with a stranger in the car??
Prick decided to hit reverse as I was behind him/her because I guess he/she realized that they missed their left turn. They didn't even stop after hitting my front bumper. I followed them slamming on my horn so that they can at least stop. They drove right past a stop sign and went through a one way street just to get away from me. Don't worry though, I was able to get your license plate.
