Parked in a private parking space labeled with an apartment number. Super rude and inconvenient to the resident who pays for the space but now can't park there.
This guy took it upon himself to be a turn lane vigilante, intentionally moving to the right to block people from getting to the turning lane on a backed-up exit ramp until it officially opened up (even though the ramp itself is easily wide enough for 2 cars to safely pass). When I indicated (without any vulgar words or gestures, or honking) that he should either go himself or move left so I could go, he got out of his car and angrily approached mine, yelling that he would call the police on me (for what was not entirely clear), disrupting traffic and causing further backup on the ramp for a couple minutes longer.
Some cops were coming through the lane, which caused everyone to pull off to the side. This car tries to take advantage of this, kinda like how some people follow ambulances to get through traffic, but gets cut off by people returning to the lane. This causes the mentally unstable lady, driving a vanilla Chevrolet SUV with a sticker on the back window of a worker fixing a Overhead power line in the shape of a cross, to speed and swerve near and around traffic maliciously because she didn't get her way.
This car driver didn't know how to stay on the line to take a left turn on Key Bridge. She was simply on the lane for right turn and suddenly cut the line off without turning the left signal on.
