This car driver didn't know how to stay on the line to take a left turn on Key Bridge. She was simply on the lane for right turn and suddenly cut the line off without turning the left signal on.

This man tried to run me and my sister over today at the parking lot of the Montgomery mall at Bethesda MD. He proceeded to get out of the vehicle and yelled at us to watch where we are going and to not hit his car, when he was the one who hit us. He ran off before we could call the cops.

Some cops were coming through the lane, which caused everyone to pull off to the side. This car tries to take advantage of this, kinda like how some people follow ambulances to get through traffic, but gets cut off by people returning to the lane. This causes the mentally unstable lady, driving a vanilla Chevrolet SUV with a sticker on the back window of a worker fixing a Overhead power line in the shape of a cross, to speed and swerve near and around traffic maliciously because she didn't get her way.
