This guy cut off multiple cars and ran an old lady off the road. He almost killed an entire family and almost killed himself weaving in and out of a bunch of tractor trailers. Reported him to state police.

Girl in a saturn obviously cant read road signs. Almost merged into her hanging out in blind spot. signage with flashing lights as to warning of merging traffic must mean nothing to her.she was not visible in either of my mirrors.

Rammed out of the alley behind Bean & Leaf during rush hour in downtown Rochester and almost mowed me, a pedestrian, down.
