Driver rear ended me and then took off at Grand River exit ramp (696). I had gotten out to talk to him and took a picture of his plates before he fled.

Horrible! Was like a foot off my bumper going through town, even though I was going a few miles per hour over the 25mph limit, then went around me at the stop light using the right hand turn lane and then cuts in front of me at the light. I think it was a chick - a butt ugly one anyway. Gross! Guess some people are ugly on the outside AND the inside. So rude.
