This woman is very inconsiderate, she parked illigally at a Big Boys parking lot and blocked handycap ram so my father was unable to leave while spend 10 minutes waiting for a pick up order.

Cut me off then slammed on his brakes when I gave him a disgusted look. Flipped me the bird and I returned the favor. Slammed on his brakes several more times down the road. Then sat at a green light and blocked traffic. Appears to just be looking for a fight.

Driver will see you coming and will pull out of a sidestreet onto a main road directly in front of you and accelerate and hit brakes. Given a courtesy horn and driver will intentionally maliciously slam brakes and cause a multi car crash. Leaves the scene.
