Driver will see you coming and will pull out of a sidestreet onto a main road directly in front of you and accelerate and hit brakes. Given a courtesy horn and driver will intentionally maliciously slam brakes and cause a multi car crash. Leaves the scene.

Almost killed us by tailgating us while pulling into our driveway.

This gentleman drove me off the road getting on west bound 94 off of telegraph road then pulled along side me and flashed what looked like a sheriffs badge because it was hard to tell through his illegal window tint. Then took off like a bat out of hell weaving in and out of traffic when I followed him while trying to call 911 to report him.
