Driving in Pine Bush NY, truck bed overfilled with palettes, tailgate down and unsecured. Does not come to a complete stop at intersections. Does not yield to pedestrians at crosswalks. Does not move over for emergency vehicles on shoulder.

The driver of this white Chevy Silverado cut me off turning into the partridge creek mall, took out my drivers side mirror and fled the scene. Seen me in the right turn lane and contunued to get over at the last minute forcing me into the curb and grass. No regard for other drivers. Cut off numerous cars in traffic.
