This guy is the perfect combination of rude and dangerous. He will cut you off without using turn signal, then slam on the brakes. Then he will flip you off as if it's your fault he doesn't know how to drive.

This guy barrels over a 25 mph blind hill before an intersection. Crosses the double yellow line to pass me, then has to slam on the brakes to avoid a head on collision in the opposite lane, and to avoid rear ending the poor guy in the car in front of me. I whip out my phone camera for this shot, and he harasses me for the next three miles on 15-501 N into the I-85 N merge. I finally called 911 on him.
