What a jag-off! Was in the wrong lane to exit 16a then rides the shoulder all the way to 16b and speeds up to block my exit to 16b so he could get in first. I had to slam on My breakers not to hit him and caused a dangerous situation behind me. 65 on the shoulder! A word of advice. If you have made a mistake on the road, and it happens, you are now not entitled to do anything but wait till there is no one around and you safely go your way. If you see this guy stay away. He doesn’t care about his surroundings or the hazard he will cause. Ps stop wearing headphones when you are driving!
